Microsoft, θα διαθέσει το Lumia Denim update το επόμενο τρίμηνο [IFA 2014]

Μέρα ανακοινώσεων σήμερα για τη Microsoft η οποία από την IFA 2014 στο Βερολίνο μας παρουσίασε τα νέα Nokia Lumia 830 και το selfie phone Nokia Lumia 730. Μαζί με τις νέες συσκευές ανακοίνωσε το επόμενο major update το οποίο ονόμασε Lumia Denim. Το Denim update θα φέρει βελτιωμένη Cortana, καλύτερη και γρηγορότερη λήψη φωτογραφιών.

To Nokia Denim θα επιτρέπει τη χρήση της Cortana λέγοντας απλά «Hey, Cortana», κάτι παρόμοιο δηλαδή με το «OK, Google!». Αλλαγές έρχονται και στο Nokia Camera app που θα μπορεί πλέον να κάνει πιο γρήγορη λήψη φωτογραφιών. Θα τραβάει 4K video στα 24fps απ όπου θα μπορείτε να πάρετε υψηλής ποιότητας frames στη συνέχεια. Επιπλέον, η νέα εφαρμογή θα μπορεί να τραβήξει live images και Rich Capture.

Το Rich Capture mode επιτρέπει να ανοιγοκλείσετε το flash ακόμη και να το προσαρμόσετε πόσο δυνατό θα είναι, αφού έχετε τραβήξει τη φωτογραφία.

Το Lumia Denim update θα δοθεί πρώτα στο Nokia Lumia 930, Nokia Lumia 1520 kai Nokia Lumia Icon μέχρι το τέλος του έτους και στη συνέχεια σε όλα τα υπόλοιπα συμβατά Lumia. Όμως, το νέο Camera app θα είναι διαθέσιμο μόνο στα Lumia 930, 1520 και Icon. Το νέο Nokia Lumia 830 έχει ήδη το Denim update μαζί με τη νέα κάμερα και το οποίο βρίσκεται ήδη στα Lumia 730 Dual SIM και Lumia 735.

•Speed – Pocket to capture speeds are superfast, and it only takes milliseconds going from shot to shot.

•Moment Capture – A long press of the camera button starts 4K-quality video recording at 24 FPS. With each frame at 8.3 megapixels, you can save individual frames as high quality still images.

•Rich Capture – Auto HDR and Dynamic Flash are now welcomed into the already-impressive feature set. Shoot first and adjust the camera settings later for that perfect photo.

•Improved image processing algorithms – Updated to give you clearer photos, even in lowlight.

•“Hey Cortana” Voice Activation – Gone are the days of pressing the microphone button to wake-up Cortana. Simply say “Hey Cortana” while the phone is idle and Cortana will activate.This is possible thanks to the SensorCore technology.

•Glance Screen – Compatible Lumia devices can now show more at a glance with Bing Weather, or Bing Health & Fitness data, in addition to time and date, notifications and application data.
